It checks eight things: wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, gates and weld lines, parting lines, ejection, cooling and warpage, and tolerances and assembly. You receive the review comments and suggested changes before the quote, and the mold quote is based on the reviewed mold design. Fixing these issues at the drawing stage costs almost nothing; fixing them after tooling means mold rework and delays. The review needs a 3D file (STEP, IGS, X_T or STL), ideally with a 2D drawing showing key dimensions and tolerances.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/details>\n
