Rapid Prototyping
Before officially proceeding with tooling, we can evaluate product concepts, analyze competing products in the market, and verify structural feasibility based on customer requirements. We can also rapidly produce prototype samples using methods such as 3D printing and CNC-machined prototypes to validate the product’s appearance, structure, electronic design, and user experience in advance, thereby reducing risks associated with later-stage development and mass production.
Product Design & Engineering
Hongqing has a research and development team composed of structural engineers, industrial design engineers, and electronics development engineers, capable of providing comprehensive support ranging from product positioning and competitive analysis to industrial design, structural design, and electronics solution development. We focus not only on whether a product can be manufactured, but also on whether it is more user-friendly, easier to produce, and more competitive in the market.
Injection Mold Manufacturing
The company is equipped with high-precision machining equipment, including Sodik spark erosion machines, Sodik wire EDM machines, and Makino fine-machining centers, and has the capability to manufacture complex-structure molds, high-precision molds, and medium- to large-sized molds. Through its in-house mold shop and experienced technical team, the company ensures mold precision, stability, and delivery efficiency.
Injection Molding
Hongqing operates more than 90 injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 1,300T, including over 40 medium- to large-capacity machines of 300T or more. The equipment includes well-known domestic and international brands such as Sumitomo and Haitian. We can meet the production needs for precision small parts, medium- to large-sized structural components, two-shot injection molding, and mass production, ensuring stable and efficient mass production and delivery.
Surface Finishing & Secondary Operations
We offer a wide range of surface treatment capabilities, including spray painting, screen printing, pad printing, UV printing, laser marking, and conductive paint spraying. Equipped with two robotic spray painting production lines, we can meet the diverse needs of products such as consumer electronics, automotive parts, and industrial enclosures in terms of surface texture, wear resistance, functional coatings, and branding.
Product Assembly
Hongqing operates five cleanroom assembly lines and offers one-stop services including hot-press nuts, insert assembly, component assembly, complete unit assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping. Through seamless coordination between front-end manufacturing and back-end assembly, we help customers reduce supply chain communication costs and accelerate time-to-market.
Quality Control
Hongqing employs 18 professional quality control staff members who are responsible for quality control throughout the product development, production, assembly, and shipping processes. The quality control team inspects, records, and tracks key stages based on customer requirements, product drawings, inspection standards, and actual production conditions to ensure that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
