Getting started

Is Hongqing a factory or a trading company?

Hongqing is a factory, not a trading company. Dongguan Hongqing Plastic Mold Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and runs a 20,000 m² site in Qiaotou, Dongguan, Guangdong, with the mold shop, molding floor, painting and printing lines, assembly workshop and QC room on one site. Molds are designed and machined in our own mold shop, parts run on our own 90+ presses, and our own teams handle finishing and assembly. Only a few processes we don't do, such as electroplating, are outsourced, and we tell you at the quotation stage. To verify, visit the factory or book a video audit and see the equipment and lines yourself.

Where is Hongqing's factory, and can I visit?

Hongqing's factory is at No. 6 Lingzai Lane, Lingtou Industrial Avenue, Qiaotou Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China, and customers are welcome to visit or audit it. Send the date, number of visitors and what you want to see to our Sales Manager, Coya Xiang; once confirmed, we arrange a visit to the mold shop, molding floor, painting lines, assembly lines and QC room. If travel isn't practical, book a video audit and we will walk you through the workshops live. Third-party audit firms you appoint are also welcome on site.

Which customers has Hongqing worked with?

Hongqing has served 300+ customers and completed 450+ projects. Brands we have worked with include Philips, Samsung, JBL, VTech, Edifier, Honeywell, Skyworth, GAC Group, Geely, Hongqi, Christie, Quectel and Desay. Our customers span consumer electronics, home appliances, smart home, personal care, pet products, HVAC and thermal control, lighting and electrical, and automotive and industrial. Project details are covered by confidentiality agreements and are not published; if you want to know about experience close to your product, contact us and we will explain without disclosing other customers' information.

What products has Hongqing developed and manufactured?

Hongqing has developed and manufactured products across eight industries. They include electric toothbrushes, smart combs, timer switches, smart timers, LED lights, TRV thermostatic radiator valves, temperature sensors, heating elements, automatic litter boxes, smart pet water fountains, pet feeders, 3C device enclosures, POS stands, home appliance parts, automotive components and industrial equipment enclosures. Some projects were molded parts only; others ran from design through to finished, assembled products. If your product type isn't listed, that's fine: the development and manufacturing process is the same, and industries differ mainly in materials, structure and testing. Send us your files and we will tell you whether and how we can make it.

Can I communicate with Hongqing in English, and how do I reach you?

Hongqing handles overseas projects in English, with our Sales Manager, Coya Xiang, as your single contact from inquiry to shipment. You can reach us by email at info@dghongqing.com, on WhatsApp at +86 132 8223 0023, or on WeChat. Quotes, sample approvals, design changes and shipping arrangements are all confirmed in writing by email or chat, so you keep a traceable record. We work on China time (UTC+8) and reply to inquiries within one business day; for video calls or a video factory audit, just book a time in advance.

How soon will Hongqing reply and send a quote after I inquire?

Hongqing replies within one business day of receiving your inquiry, confirming your requirements and telling you what else the quote needs. Once we have everything, we issue a written USD quote and project schedule: design work can be quoted from a written brief, while molds and unit prices require a review of your 3D files, and tooling projects get DFM review comments before the quote. If key dimensions, materials or quantities are unclear, we ask before quoting so the price doesn't drift from reality later.

My drawing files are too large. How do I send them to Hongqing?

Hongqing's quote form accepts files up to 20 MB each, five at most. Supported formats are STEP, IGS, X_T, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF, JPG, PNG and ZIP formats. For larger files there are three options: compress them into a ZIP and upload; email them to info@dghongqing.com; or submit the form, note in the project details that the files are large, and we will send you a transfer method when we reply. If you need an NDA first, tick the NDA box on the form and send drawings after it is signed.

Product development (ODM)

I only have an idea and no drawings. Can Hongqing still develop it?

Hongqing can develop a product starting from just an idea, with no drawings from you; that is exactly where ODM development begins. Tell us what problem the product solves, who will buy it and the target price, ideally with reference images or competitor links. We work through eight stages: concept evaluation and product definition, industrial design, mechanical design, electronics and enclosure fit, prototype testing, tooling and mold trials, injection molding and finishing, and assembly, testing and shipping. What each stage covers, delivers and costs is written into the development plan before work starts, and you approve each stage before the next begins.

How much does Hongqing charge to develop a product?

Developing a simple product with Hongqing starts at about USD 4,500, from idea to first prototype. That covers industrial design from USD 1,500 per product, including 3 concepts and 2 rounds of revisions, and mechanical design plus one 3D-printed prototype from USD 3,000 per product. Not included and quoted separately: electronics and PCB design, product certification such as CE or FCC, and tooling; molds are quoted per project after reviewing the 3D files. These are USD starting prices for reference; the more complex the product and the more parts it has, the higher the cost, and the written quote is final.

How long does product development take?

Hongqing's development timeline depends on product complexity, the number of parts and molds, and the finishes. After the concept evaluation, we give you a stage-by-stage schedule. Typical milestones: prototypes from 10 days and tooling from 30 days, followed by mold trials on our 80T–1300T presses and T1 samples sent for your approval, with mold adjustments if needed. Time in the design stages depends mostly on how quickly concepts and revisions are approved. The schedule lists design approval, prototype, tooling, trials and sample approval, so you can plan backward from your launch date.

We have a limited budget. Can development be done in stages?

Hongqing's development projects can be commissioned and paid for stage by stage, which suits limited budgets. A common approach: product definition and industrial design first (from USD 1,500 per product), then mechanical design and one 3D-printed prototype (from USD 3,000) once the look is set, and a tooling quote after the prototype passes. Each stage is quoted and its deliverables approved separately, so at every step you decide whether to continue or change direction. This keeps upfront spending low and controls risk before tooling.

Can Hongqing develop products with electronic functions?

Hongqing can develop products with electronic functions. Our R&D team includes electronics engineers who handle the electronics concept, PCB layout and fit with the enclosure, and functional testing. We have developed timer switches, smart timers, electric toothbrushes and smart pet water fountains. The design has to place and route the PCB, battery, buttons, connectors, lighting and sensors together, and solve structural issues such as waterproof sealing. Electronics and PCB design are quoted separately; certification testing such as CE or FCC is done by third-party labs and is not included in the development fee, but we can map out the test requirements with you during the concept stage.

Can I hire Hongqing for design only, without producing with you?

Hongqing's design and manufacturing can be commissioned separately: design only, with production elsewhere, is fine, and each is quoted on its own. Once the design fee is paid, the 3D files and design IP are yours to produce at any factory. There is a practical benefit to having one team design and tool the product, though: our mechanical and mold engineers work together, so wall thickness, draft, snap fits and gates are designed for injection molding from the start, reducing mold rework and delays. You can decide whether to produce with Hongqing after the prototype is tested.

Can Hongqing develop a product in an industry you haven't worked in?

Hongqing can develop products in industries it hasn't served before, because the development process is the same. Industries differ mainly in material selection, structural requirements and test standards, and these are spelled out during the concept evaluation. We have made products for personal care, smart home, lighting and electrical, HVAC and thermal control, pet products, consumer electronics, home appliances, and automotive and industrial, and we can draw on related experience such as waterproof sealing, heat-resistant materials or metal insert molding. If your industry has specific regulations or test requirements, please mention them in your inquiry.

Product design and engineering

Does Hongqing do industrial design only, or mechanical design as well?

Hongqing does both industrial and mechanical design. Our industrial designers, mechanical engineers and electronics engineers work in one team, considering appearance, internal structure, electronics layout, assembly and moldability together. Industrial design starts at USD 1,500 per product, including 3 concepts and 2 rounds of revisions, and delivers renderings; mechanical design plus one 3D-printed prototype starts at USD 3,000 per product and delivers a 3D mechanical model. Simple projects are designed in-house; complex industrial design is done with 1S DESIGN (Shenzhen Yishang Industrial Design), a studio founded by Hongqing's owner.

We already have renderings. Can Hongqing do only the mechanical design?

Hongqing can do only the mechanical design, working from your existing renderings or early 3D model. The work covers splitting the housing, fastening, snap fits, screw bosses, ribs, electronics layout and assembly sequence, while checking that wall thickness, draft and gate locations suit injection molding. Where the styling would cause tooling problems, such as undercuts, thin edges or shapes that won't release from the mold, we propose changes and agree them with you before revising. Mechanical design includes one 3D-printed prototype and starts at USD 3,000 per product.

Once the design is finished, can tooling start at Hongqing right away?

Once the design is finished and the prototype passes, Hongqing can start tooling straight away in its own mold shop, with no second manufacturability review. That is because the mechanical design already went through a design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review, and with mechanical and mold engineers in one team, draft, wall thickness and parting issues are solved before tooling. Tooling takes from 30 days, usually with S136 steel; it starts after a 50% mold deposit, and the mold belongs to you, as stated in the contract.

What information do I need to give Hongqing for a design project?

For a design project, Hongqing needs at minimum a short brief. It should cover what the product does, who it's for, the target price and the features you want. These help us evaluate faster and quote more accurately: reference images, competitor links, hand sketches, samples, existing renderings or 3D files, and any electronics information. Incomplete information is fine; we start from a conversation about your needs, reply within one business day, and tell you what else we need. If you need an NDA first, we can sign it before you send anything.

Prototyping

How long does Hongqing take to make a prototype?

A prototype set at Hongqing takes from 10 days. Timing depends on size, quantity, process (3D printing or CNC) and whether painting or silk screening is needed. Once the files, quantity and finish are confirmed, we give you a firm lead time. When a product needs several rounds, for example an appearance and fit prototype followed by a functional one, each round is scheduled separately. After the prototype passes and the revised files are approved, tooling can start, taking from 30 days.

How much does a prototype cost at Hongqing?

At Hongqing, mechanical design plus one 3D-printed prototype starts at USD 3,000 per product; this is the package price when we do the mechanical design. Prototypes only, from complete 3D files, and CNC prototypes are quoted separately based on the files, quantity and finish; price depends mainly on size, number of pieces, process, and whether painting or silk screening is needed. Send your 3D files (STEP, IGS, X_T or STL) and the quantity, and we will issue a written USD quote.

Can the 3D-printed prototype work as a functional sample?

Hongqing's 3D-printed prototypes are not production-grade functional samples; they are for checking appearance, dimensions, fit and assembly. For functional tests, drop tests or show samples for customers and distributors, we recommend CNC prototypes: machined from solid plastic, with strength and surface finish closer to molded parts, quoted separately. Performance identical to production can only be verified with T1 mold trial samples after tooling.

How do I choose between 3D-printed and CNC prototypes?

Hongqing chooses the prototype process by what needs verifying. To check appearance, dimensions and assembly only, 3D printing is fast and low-cost; for functional tests, drop tests or show samples, CNC prototypes come closer to molded parts in strength and surface. Many projects use both: 3D printing to confirm appearance and structure, then CNC to verify function after revisions. For a product update that only changes dimensions or part of the structure, we can assess after the DFM review whether to skip prototypes and go straight to tooling. If you're unsure, send the files and we'll recommend a process based on what you need to test.

Can tooling start once the prototype is approved?

Once the prototype passes and you approve the revised files, Hongqing goes straight to tooling in its own mold shop, with no second manufacturability review. Problems found at the prototype stage are recorded and fixed in the files, so the mold is built from the corrected version. Tooling takes from 30 days and starts after a 50% mold deposit; when the mold is finished, we run trials on our 80T–1300T presses and send T1 samples for your approval. The mold belongs to you, as stated in the contract.

Tooling and OEM manufacturing

What information do I need for an injection mold quote?

For an OEM tooling quote, Hongqing needs your 3D files and a few key details. Please provide: 3D files (STEP, IGS, X_T or STL), 2D drawings with tolerances and key dimensions, material and color, surface requirements (such as painting, silk screening or texture), expected annual volume and first-order quantity. For ODM projects, provide the product idea or brief, reference images or competitor products, target market and target price. The more complete the information, the more accurate the DFM review and quote; if something is missing, contact us anyway and we will tell you within one business day what else we need.

How is the cost of an injection mold calculated?

Hongqing quotes injection molds per project, based on six main factors. They are part size, number of cavities, steel grade, number of slides and lifters, surface texture, and whether overmolding or two-shot molding is needed. After reviewing your 3D files, we issue a written quote in USD, with DFM review comments attached for tooling projects. Tooling starts after a 50% mold deposit, and the mold belongs to you, as stated in the contract. The unit price is quoted separately and depends mainly on material and part weight, cycle time, finishing, assembly steps and order quantity.

How long from tooling to first samples?

Hongqing's tooling takes from 30 days, depending on part structure, size and mold complexity. Complexity includes the number of slides and lifters and whether it is a two-shot mold. When the mold is finished, we run trials on our 80T–1300T presses, check dimensions, appearance and fit, and send you T1 samples for approval; if changes are needed, we adjust the mold and run another trial until the samples are approved. After reviewing your files, we give you a schedule covering tooling, trials and sample approval. ODM projects also have design and prototype stages before tooling, with prototypes taking from 10 days.

What steel does Hongqing use for molds, and how long do they last?

Hongqing's injection molds usually use S136 steel, with a tool life of 500,000 shots. S136 is a widely used stainless mold steel with good corrosion resistance and polishability, suited to cosmetic parts and long production runs. Steel grade affects mold price and life: for products with lower expected volumes or less demanding appearance, we can discuss other steel options when quoting to balance mold cost. We confirm the steel with you based on the part material, appearance requirements and expected volume. The mold belongs to you, as stated in the contract.

How large and complex a mold can Hongqing make?

Hongqing's in-house mold shop builds molds up to 1.5 m, machined to ±0.01 mm. That includes slides, lifters, inserts, undercuts and multi-cavity designs, as well as two-shot and insert molds. The shop runs Sodick EDM and wire EDM machines and Makino high-speed machining centers. Our presses cover 80T–1300T, with 40+ above 300T, so large housings, appliance parts and automotive components can be trialed and produced in our own factory. Whether a part can be made also depends on its projected area, wall thickness and structure; once you send 3D files, our engineers confirm which press and what mold design to use.

What happens if the trial samples aren't right?

After each mold trial, Hongqing checks the samples for dimensions, appearance, flash, sink marks, warpage and fit. When there is a problem, we find the cause first, then rework the mold or adjust the molding process and run another trial, until the samples are approved. You approve the fix before we touch the mold. If the change comes from a design revision on your side, we first explain the impact on time and cost and let you decide. The inspection results from every trial are sent to you with the samples.

Who owns the injection mold, and can it be moved?

Injection molds Hongqing makes for your project belong to you, and the contract says so explicitly. The mold is used at Hongqing to produce your orders; when needed, you can move it out, for example to produce at another factory. Tooling starts after a 50% mold deposit, and the remaining mold payment milestones are also written into the contract. The same applies to design work: once the design fee is paid, the 3D files and design IP are yours.

Production, finishing and assembly

What is Hongqing's minimum order quantity for injection molding?

Hongqing's MOQ for injection molding production is 2,000 pieces, with pilot runs from 100 pieces. The larger the order, the lower the unit price. If you need fewer than 2,000 pieces, tell us the quantity and expected annual volume, and we will explain how quantity affects the unit price before issuing a written quote. Pilot runs and production use the same mold, so you can verify assembly, packaging and market response with a small batch first, then move to production without new tooling.

Can we start with a pilot run before a larger order?

Hongqing supports a pilot run before a larger order, starting at 100 pieces. Pilot runs are a good way to verify assembly, packaging and market response before production. Once the pilot is approved, you move straight to production from 2,000 pieces using the same mold, with no new tooling. Issues found during the pilot, such as assembly gaps or appearance requirements, can be fixed by adjusting the process or the mold before production. Pilot quantities carry a higher unit price than production, and the quote lists them separately.

What injection molding materials does Hongqing work with?

Hongqing commonly molds ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PP, PA, POM, TPE and TPU. These engineering plastics and soft materials cover rigid, soft, clear and wear-resistant parts, plus two-shot molding, insert molding and overmolding. We help you choose the material based on strength, heat resistance, toughness, appearance and cost; for example, electrical products that need flame retardancy often use flame-retardant PC/ABS. If you specify a material brand or grade, we purchase exactly that.

What tonnage range do Hongqing's injection molding machines cover?

Hongqing runs 90+ injection molding machines from 80T to 1300T. They include 40+ above 300T, 7 two-shot machines and 5 vertical machines, from brands such as Sumitomo, Haitian and Kawaguchi, with robotic part removal. Smaller presses handle precision small parts; larger ones mold big housings and structural parts, and the 1300T press pairs with molds up to 1.5 m. Our engineers choose the press for each part based on its projected area, wall thickness and mold design.

Can Hongqing do two-shot and insert molding?

Hongqing does both two-shot and insert molding. Our 7 two-shot machines mold soft-touch over rigid plastic, two-color cosmetic parts, and functional overmolding for grip and waterproofing; our 5 vertical machines handle insert molding, such as nuts, terminals and metal parts molded into plastic. These designs reduce later assembly and make products more consistent; electric toothbrush handles, for example, often use two-shot molding for grip and sealing. Whether to use two-shot or insert molding is recommended during the DFM review based on structure and cost.

What surface finishes can Hongqing do?

Hongqing does six main finishes in-house, plus secondary operations. They are robotic spray painting (6 lines, for matte, gloss and soft-touch finishes), silk screen printing (7+ automatic screen printers), pad printing (30+ pad printers, including a six-color rotary pad printer), UV printing, laser marking and conductive coating (for EMI shielding and anti-static), plus secondary operations such as heat-set inserts. Silk screening suits flat surfaces, pad printing suits curves and small areas, and laser marking suits durable logos and serial numbers. Electroplating is not done in-house; when needed, it is outsourced and disclosed at the quotation stage.

Can Hongqing do electroplating?

Hongqing does not electroplate in-house. Parts that need plating go to an outside plating supplier, and we tell you at the quotation stage which process is outsourced. Apart from plating, painting, silk screening, pad printing, UV printing, laser marking and conductive coating are all done in our own factory. If you only need a metallic look, we can assess during the DFM review whether an in-house paint finish achieves it, before deciding whether plating is necessary.

Can Hongqing handle assembly and packaging?

Hongqing handles assembly and packaging. Our 5 assembly lines run in an enclosed workshop with an air shower at the entrance to keep out dust and debris. We do heat-set inserts, insert assembly, sub-assembly and full product assembly, then clean, label, bag, seal, box and carton the goods to your requirements before shipment. Please provide samples, a BOM, assembly drawings, functional test requirements and packaging specifications, and we will plan the process steps and inspections accordingly.

Quality and certification

What certifications does Hongqing hold?

Hongqing is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949, and has passed BSCI and Sedex social audits. They cover quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and automotive quality respectively. IATF 16949 is the quality system widely required across the automotive supply chain, so automotive component projects can be managed under it. For certificate copies or a supplier audit, email us; you are also welcome to audit the factory against your own checklist.

How does Hongqing control product quality?

Hongqing's 20-person QC team inspects at four gates: incoming material, first article, in-process patrol and outgoing inspection. Key dimensions are measured with 4 2D vision measuring machines and a CMM; reliability is verified with a temperature and humidity chamber, a salt spray tester and impact test equipment, and rotating parts can be dynamically balanced. Before shipment, goods are inspected per GB/T 2828.1 (equivalent to ISO 2859-1) AQL sampling or your standard, covering appearance, dimensions, function, quantity and packaging. When something goes wrong, the QC team records it, reports it and drives the corrective action.

What standard does Hongqing use for outgoing inspection?

Hongqing's outgoing sampling inspection follows GB/T 2828.1, which is equivalent to the international standard ISO 2859-1, commonly known as AQL sampling. The inspection level and AQL values follow your requirements or are agreed in writing before the order. If you have your own inspection standard, or need tighter sampling or 100% inspection, we can work to that. Inspection covers appearance, dimensions, function, quantity, packaging and labels, and you or a third party you appoint are welcome to inspect at the factory before shipment.

What tests can Hongqing run in-house?

Hongqing runs five kinds of tests in-house. They are dimensional inspection (4 2D vision measuring machines and a CMM), temperature and humidity testing (climate chamber), corrosion testing (salt spray tester), impact testing, and dynamic balancing of rotating parts such as fans and impellers. These are used for development validation and production quality control. Certification testing such as CE, UL or FCC must be done by accredited third-party labs and is not done in-house; if needed, we can map out the test requirements with you during the concept stage.

Can a third party audit Hongqing's factory or inspect goods?

Hongqing welcomes you or a third party you appoint to audit the factory and inspect goods. An audit can cover the mold shop, molding floor, painting lines, assembly lines and QC room, and third-party pre-shipment inspection can also take place on site. Before the visit, send the date and audit scope to our Sales Manager, Coya Xiang, and we will arrange hosts and support staff. If you can't be there in person, book a video audit to see the workshops and equipment live. Hongqing holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 certification and has passed BSCI and Sedex audits, which you can use as a reference.

Costs, payment and shipping

Are the prices on Hongqing's website final?

The prices on Hongqing's website are USD starting prices for reference, not final prices. The final price is the written quote we issue after reviewing your files or brief. Starting prices listed on the site: industrial design from USD 1,500 per product, mechanical design plus one 3D-printed prototype from USD 3,000 per product, and a simple product from idea to first prototype from about USD 4,500. Molds and unit prices have no fixed price and are quoted per project after reviewing the 3D files. The written quote states what is and isn't included.

How does Hongqing prepare a quote?

Hongqing quotes design work from a written brief and tooling from your 3D files. Molds and unit prices are quoted after reviewing your 3D files, with tooling projects getting a DFM review first so you receive the manufacturability issues and suggested changes together. Quotes are written, in USD, and state the mold cost, unit price, MOQ, project schedule and trade terms (FOB or EXW). If information is missing or key dimensions are unclear, we ask first so the price doesn't drift from reality later.

How do payments work for molds and production at Hongqing?

Hongqing splits payment between the mold and the production order. Tooling starts after a 50% mold deposit, with the remaining mold payment milestones written into the contract; production orders take a 50% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment. All quotes are in USD, and design projects are quoted and approved stage by stage. The written quote lists the mold cost and unit price separately, so you can check amounts, lead times and payment milestones line by line before signing. The mold belongs to you, as stated in the contract, and you can move it out when needed.

Does Hongqing quote FOB or EXW?

Hongqing can quote FOB or EXW. Under FOB (Free On Board), we deliver the goods to the port of loading in China and handle export clearance, and you arrange freight and insurance once the goods are on board. Under EXW (Ex Works), you or your forwarder collect the goods at our Dongguan factory, and the buyer also handles export formalities. If you're not familiar with export procedures, FOB or letting us arrange shipping is usually simpler. Tell us which you prefer, and the destination, when requesting a quote.

Can Hongqing arrange shipping?

Hongqing can arrange sea freight, air freight or express for you, or hand the goods to your own forwarder under FOB or EXW. A common approach: samples and small batches go by express or air for speed, and production orders go by sea to save cost, so you can choose by timing and budget. Tell us the destination, preferred shipping method and timing when requesting a quote, and we will give you the cost and transit time. Before shipment, we check quantity, packaging and labels, with packaging confirmed per your order.

What is Hongqing's production lead time?

Hongqing assesses production lead time per product. It depends mainly on the number of parts, cycle time, finishing and assembly steps, and order quantity; once samples and the order quantity are confirmed, we give you a firm lead time. Reference milestones before production: prototypes from 10 days and tooling from 30 days. With 90+ presses, 6 robotic painting lines and 5 assembly lines, we give you a complete schedule covering trials, sample approval and production after reviewing your files and annual volume.

Confidentiality and IP

Will Hongqing sign an NDA?

Hongqing can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you before you send any drawings, samples or product information. The process: tick the NDA box on the quote form or email our Sales Manager, Coya Xiang; we send you the agreement; you send drawings once both sides have signed. After that, quotes, samples and design changes are all confirmed in writing by email or chat. Tooling, molding, finishing and assembly happen in our own factory and your files are never passed on without your knowledge; any outsourced process, such as electroplating, is disclosed in advance.

Who owns the IP of a design created by Hongqing?

For designs Hongqing creates for you, the 3D files and design IP belong to you once the design fee is paid. The files delivered during development, such as renderings, the 3D mechanical model and the full assembly model, are listed item by item in the development plan. Molds made for your project also belong to you, as stated in the contract. Design and manufacturing can be commissioned separately: with the files in hand, you can produce with Hongqing or with another factory.

Will Hongqing subcontract my product to another factory?

Hongqing will not pass your product to another factory without telling you. Tooling, molding, finishing and assembly happen in our own factory: molds are designed and machined in our mold shop, parts run on our own 90+ presses, and painting, silk screening, pad printing, UV printing, laser marking, conductive coating, heat-set inserts, assembly and inspection are all in-house. The few processes we don't do, such as electroplating, are outsourced, and we tell you which ones at the quotation stage.

Send us what you have. We'll map out the route to mass production.

Wherever you are in development, we'll propose the right manufacturing plan, from early design review through tooling and molding to finishing, assembly and shipping, and move your project step by step to mass production.

Helpful to include: sketches, drawings or 3D files, annual volume and target market.
